It’s an easy read in a breezy style, but could probably have been edited into a tighter book rather than collection of articles. In particular, I find myself returning to the “Information Starvation” chapter.

He cares about people and wrestles with the difficulties of trying to care for the more or less imperfect and oddball people who make up his team, while getting them to achieve what humahs to be done so the company doesn’t die horribly. Any estimate on when an iBooks version would be available? His chapters are short and his writing is direct, and I read this book hungrily, finishing it in four days. Despite having read most chapters on his website, rereading them in book form was great. Lastly, several embarrassing chapters are simply gone — I will sleep better at night knowing these poorly shaped thoughts are no majaging part of the book.
