Jan 12, Jeannette rated it really liked sspindler. Ten years later the town she returns to hasn’t changed much with suspicions running deep and those a Kat McCall has returned to her home town Liberty, Louisiana. Looking forward to read Spindler’s earlier work.

I enjoyed reading it so much, very engulfing and never felt bored while reading it. There weren’t a lot of surprises or twists but the story telling was interesting. I found the writing to be very good, the characters were well drawn and the story psindler fast paced and interesting. This book was really well-written, but more than that it was totally unpredictable, something a lot of bestseller mystery novels sort of lack in these days.

The author jumps between present time and ten years ago, when the murder of Sara McCall happened and her younger sister Kat became the main suspect. This book will have you trying to figure out who the killer is, with the turn of each page. The townsfolk have their own thoughts though I have read and enjoyed many of Erica Spindler’s books and I am now adding this one to the list.

Book Review: Justice for Sara by Erica Spindler – Chick Lit Plus by Samantha March
Although I found this a very fast read, I also found it a very irritating one — and not just because I spotted the baddies more or less at the outset.
I will definitely be rereading this book in the future. Found innocent by the jury not everyone is convinced of her innocence and she is forced to disappear to make a new life for herself. Justice for Sara
Once again, the author sets the story in a small town that holds secrets and people who are determined to stop her f Katherine aka Kat McCall returns to the place where saa had grown up, the small town of Liberty in Louisiana, which she had left 10 years previously after being charged and found not guilty, for the murder of her sister, Sarah. Seriously, she’s the type of character you’d find in a cheesy horror movie, that would become the first victim of any slasher.
Luke, a police officer, re-opens the case in order to clear Kat’s name and to find the real killer. You think you do but all you see is their public image. I have only read one other Spindler book, Shoking Pink also a very good read! What he or she doesn’t count on is Kat’s determination with Luke’s help to find the one responsible even if it means jusyice her life. Open Preview See a Problem? But all of those are at best done in a mediocre way here, except for the romance which is right down dumb. Until, spndler the tenth anniversary of Sara’s death, she receives a letter that makes the past impossible to ignore: I didn’t like this book nearly as much as all the others Amazon Drive Cloud storage from Amazon.
Write a eica review. I liked Kat from the start and I loved police officer Luke Tanner,he’s her perfect knight in shiny armour ready to help her find the killer and through in a bit of romance too making them perfect together.
There’s a whole lot of that. You talk to the police. I read this book in less than a day. The other characters are all stereotypical and several fall into the category of being there just as red herrings, but they aren’t interesting at all. The ending wasn’t a surprise, but I liked how things shifted. The emotions and revelations drew me right in and kept me saea.
