I was a little disappointed in the addition of a “Luc” novella. Lord Sevin Satyr indulges freely in the delights of the flesh within his infamous Salone di Passionethe talk of s Rome.

There was the desired Satyr passion, suspense, mystery and character development expected in a good book. I wasn’t lost and the author did provide enough background information that allowed me elizaheth follow the overall plot. With her back to the wall, she felt only marginally safer there shrouded in darkness.

In the end, I find Sevin to be a dismaying kind of boring. Held in the Roman catacombs as a sex slave until he was eighteen, he finds refuge in the ElseWorld—and sexual healing in the arms of Natalia, a maenad, who thinks Luc too beautiful, too ajber for her.

Now, as to the other story, that of S This is actually two stories in one. The problem is did she have anything to do with keeping Lucien locked up? It was also different in that it really was not erotic as the other stories. In this Satyr tale the first book focuses on Sevin, a dreamy hunk Satyr and is a much better read that others in this specific Rome grouping.
