It just takes common sense. We can attend a temple or church, sit on the beach, drink a margarita, take in a glorious sunset with a loved one, or walk through the park enjoying an ice cream. I would recommend this book to anyone seeking answers or trying to figure out dyihg they are. She is direct and straightforward in her style, yet she does not make the reader feel that she is pushing her views onto you.
She is simply stating what worked for her–how she recovered from cancer and is having a wonderful, fulfilling life.
