I loved her character growth throughout the book and readiness to help out her friends in peril. The Royals vs Rebels thing continues with the idea that kids should be able to choose for themselve You really need to have read books 1 and 2 to understand the setup.
A Wonderlandiful World
It was nice to step away from Raven and Apple, but aren’t they truly the main characters? I love that they are not over the top characters, that makes me happy. They should have just finished their story in one series, and extended it to more than three books. Wonderlandfiul it bother anyone else how Cedar Wood is treated in the book series so far? Her sarcasm and humor were much appreciated. This series was never meant to be an adventure series.
Their home tried to kill them, their worst nightmare hunted them through the halls, they got to SEE their homeland but couldn’t get wrold it, they were essentially abandoned by the adults that were supposed to take care of them, Maddie watched her father sacrifice himself and nearly die, Ceder got her deepest wish winderlandiful to have it taken away, they worked together, became friends, fought a monster, had massive epiphanies, and resolved to move forward from here and IT ALL GETS TAKEN AWAY!!
The girls must wonderlwndiful a way to defeat the Jabberwocky, before it can get to Book End, because if it succeeds in changing Ever After all the way there I’m pretty sure they have this book. They deserve to know they defeated a monster. There was no “magic” not in a literal sense since there was obviously a bunch of Wonderland magic to the story, and womderlandiful was no charm that made me want to read further.
I know the author has that ability, but it seems as if her attention was on the Happy Ever After rather than the adventure getting there. However, the ending bothered me! Looking for beautiful books? At one point even the narrator is just speaking nonsense and throwing out random words.

I don’t get Darings. There were non-sense images meant to be crosses between Ever After and Wonderland, but it was hard to distinguish either characteristic so they were neither.

Here we see the book embracing its cheesieness and straight up telling us to pay attention to reader-response theory, but doing so in such a beautiful way. Daughter of Pinocchio Cedar is one of the sweetest characters and I love the way she is depicted. Once they ink their names, the stories they spring from will be safely preserved, but if one does not, rumors have it that the tale-as well as the student-will vanish in a posthaste “poof. This book, like the previous 2, is a happy uplifting quick read. There was a complete plot change from the series, going from being about making choices among the unknown future to defeating the Jabberwocky. Overall it was a good book.
